Environment protection Commission Sets Title V Fee

On May 15, 2006, the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission set the Title V air operating permit fee for calendar year 2005 emissions at $32.75 per ton. As required by Iowa Administrative Code rule 567--22.106, the fee, along with the appropriate forms, must be submitted to the Department of Natural Resources - Air Quality Bureau no later than July 1, 2006.
