Title V Fee Due July 1, 2008

The Iowa Environmental Protection Commission set the Title V air operating permit fee for calendar year 2007 emissions at $39 per ton during its meeting on May 13. As required by 567 Iowa Administrative Code (IAC) 22.106, the fee, along with appropriate forms, must be submitted to the Department of Natural Resources Air Quality Bureau no later than July 1, 2008.
