Air Quality Client Contact Meeting Scheduled for August 27

An Air Quality Client Contact Meeting will be held Thursday, August 27, 2009 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the DNR Air Quality Bureau conference rooms. Agenda topics include updates on the status of air quality rulemakings and a review of the SFY 2010 regulatory agenda, updates on the status of EPA actions regarding ambient air quality standards revisions and nonattainment designations, and on-going discussions regarding plans for implementation of the PM2.5 ambient air standard in Iowa.

The Air Quality Client Contact Meetings focus on current and upcoming air program issues and changes. The meetings are currently held quarterly. Air Quality Bureau staff also participate in the monthly Environmental Services Division client contact meetings.

The DNR Air Quality Bureau is located at 7900 Hickman Road in Windsor Heights.
