Title V Facilities’ Emissions Reports Due March 31, 2010
Facilities subject to Title V of the Clean Air Act must submit their emissions inventories for 2009 to the DNR Air Quality Bureau by March 31, 2010. These facilities are also required to report their 2009 greenhouse gas emissions.
Title V emission inventory forms can be downloaded here. Forms 1.0, 4.0, 5.0 and Part 3 are required. For assistance regarding Emissions Inventory or Fee Payment reports (due July 1, 2010), call Chris Kjellmark at (515) 281-7826 or Weston Li at (515) 281-8549.
As required for the 2007 and 2008 emission years, you must continue to report 2009 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions on the separate spreadsheet(s) designed by the DNR. Do not include GHG emissions on Form 4.0 or Form 5.0. No fees are required for GHG emissions. Updated instructions and new greenhouse gas reporting spreadsheets will be posted here no later than January 4, 2010. Do not use the GHG reporting spreadsheets from last year. Annual Compliance Certification and the Semi-Annual Monitoring Report are due March 31, 2010 if your initial Title V permit was issued prior to January 1, 2010. If your initial Title V permit was issued prior to July 1, 2010, the Semi-Annual Monitoring Report is due September 30, 2010.
