The DNR is beginning to issue operating permits to facilities required to be permitted under Title V of the Clean Air Act. These permits are subject to review and public comment prior to issuance. The public notices and fact sheets for draft permits available at this site are intended to supplement, and not replace other notification requirements.

Draft and final permits are available by selecting either link below. Because of the length and formatting of the permits, they are made available in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) file format.

If you have any difficulty viewing the documents or downloading the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may receive a copy by mail. Copies are subject to a fee of forty cents per page.
